Arsenal are reportedly willing to sell captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazetted before the transfer deadline.

Recall that the 32-year-old Gabonese who earns around £250,000 a weekend his French counterpart, Lacazette were recently linked with a move to Barcelona.

However, UK Sun quoting The Telegraph reports that Arsenal will not stand in Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s way if he finds another club willing to take on his wages.

The Gunners skipper who only signed a bumper new deal with the North London outfit in September 2020 has endured a diffuicult 12 month, including the beginning of the season which he missed due to COVID-19 infection.

Other players expected to leave the north London club include Bernd Leno, Hector Bellerin, Sead Kolasinac, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Lucas Torreira, Willian, Reiss Nelson, Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette.

While the forward remains in Arteta’s plans, he is no longer deemed indispensable should an appropriate offer come in before the close of the transfer window on August 31.

The club have already spent £129million on Nuno Tavares, Albert Sambi Lokongo, Ben White, Martin Odegaard and Aaron Ramsdale.
