A youth leader of the All Progressives Congress, Garki Ward, in Abuja, Babangida Sadiq Adamu, on Saturday, shocked people in his constituency when he tied the nuptial knot with two women on the same day.
Adamu, who is a real estate broker, married the two brides, Maimuna Mahmud and Maryam Muhammad Na’ibi in two separate ceremonies that took place a few hours apart.
According to reports, the first wedding of Fatiha took place at Kado Bmiko Juma’at Mosque, beside Kado Bmiko Primary School, 1st Avenue Gwarinpa at 10:00 am while the second wedding was held at Garki Village Central Mosque, Garki II Abuja at 1:30 pm.
The groom and his newly wedded wives then proceeded to host a grand wedding reception at Apo Resettlement Town Hall, Abuja.
