Primate Elijah Ayodele, the founder and leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has made some predictions on the Anambra and governorship elections, holding in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
The cleric, in a statement on Saturday, warned some powerful aspirants that they don’t have God’s backing and, therefore, cannot win the elections.
Speaking on the Anambra gubernatorial election, scheduled to hold 6th November 2021, Primate Ayodele warned Paul Orajiaka and Andy Uba, both of the All Progressives Congress, and Uche Ekwunife and Godwin Ezeemo from the All Progressives Grand Alliance to channel their money “into humanitarian activities like giving the less privileged and widows in the society” because God has not backed their aspirations to become governor in the state.
He said, “On Anambra 2021, I want to advise Paul Orajiaka, Andy Uba from APC, Uche Ekwunife, Godwin Ezeemo from APGA not to bother about governing the state. They don’t have God’s backing. Instead of wasting money to campaign, they should channel their money into humanitarian activities like giving the less privileged and widows in the society.”
On the Ekiti election, the INRI founder cautioned the Peoples Democratic Party against fielding Bisi Kolawole, who reportedly has the backing of former Governor, Ayodele Fayose. According to the cleric, if PDP picks Kolawole as their standard-bearer in the 2022 election, they will lose.
He said: “Bisi Kolawole shouldn’t be deceived, he cannot be Ekiti State governor in 2022. If PDP settles for him, the party will fail in Ekiti.”
