American actress Farrah Forke, who starred in TV series including sitcom Wings and superhero series Lois & Clark is dead.
She died aged of 54.
Variety confirmed from a family friends that she died from cancer on February 25 at her home in Texas.
She played a role as Alex Lambert on the NBC sitcom Wing.
Forke also played the recurring role of Mayson Drake in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman, a district attorney who takes a romantic interest in Clark Kent.
Forke’s film debut was in the 1991 film Brain Twisters, which she followed with performances in movies including Disclosure, Heat and Ground Control.
In the early nineties, she joined Wings as Alex, going from being a recurring character to a regular cast member.
Following her stint on Lois & Clark, Forke went on to remain a part of the universe by voicing superheroine Big Barda in two episodes of Batman Beyond and one episode of Justice League Unlimited.
Other roles included portraying computer software company office manager Carey in the 1995 sitcom Dweebs, in which she starred alongside the late Peter Scolari.
