American rapper DaBaby, Davido to shoot music video in Nigeria

American rapper, Jonathan Lyndale Kirk aka DaBaby has hinted of a collaboration between him and international music act and DMW boss, David Adeleke aka Davido.

DaBaby made the announcement at the 2021 BET Awards, which took place on Sunday, June 27, 2021, in Los Angeles.

The duo had previously announced a collaboration in March 2021, one of which was tagged ‘Song of the Summer’.

Speaking at the BET Awards, the 29-year-old told his fans and followers that he would not only be dropping a new single with Davido but also shooting the video in Nigeria in the coming week.

He said, “BET Africa check this out, New Single coming with Davido, stay tuned, we shooting the video in Nigeria next week”

DaBaby was nominated for four awards at the 2021 BET Awards, including Viewer’s Choice Award, Best Male Hip Hop Artist, Best Collaboration, and Album of the Year.
