Nigerian actor and director, Ali Nuhu and celebrity photographer, Kelechi Amadi-Obi, have been signed as brand ambassadors to the luxury brand, Vento Furniture.
Both newly-signed ambassadors expressed their utmost delight at representing the premium furniture brand.
Nuhu noted that it is an opportunity to help push a brand that is yet to really penetrate the core of Northern Nigeria, where he has cult followership, the Nation reports.
“We have people that are into building houses, interior decoration, and influential people, who need such brand in the core North. So we get to communicate with such people.
“Secondly, we get to step it down to the Hausa language, because some people don’t even understand English and when they see the adverts in English, they do not relate,” Nuhu said.
Amadi-Obi, who runs celebrity photo studio, Kelechi Amadi-Obi Studios in Lagos said, “One would always want to align with products that align with one’s mantra in life. It’s about attention to detail and distinguishing yourself excellently. And those are some of the things I observed with Vento furniture.”
He also said it wasn’t difficult agreeing to represent the brand going by the fact that he owns some of their products and can testify to their beauty, comfort, and durability.
Most importantly, Amadi-Obi sees his relationship with Vento Furniture “as a kind of symbiotic relationship. Whenever I am called upon to endorse a product, I also see it from a point of gratitude because they have also endorsed my brand.”
