Nigerian airline, Air Peace, has rolled out a special promotional offer, granting travelers up to ₦600,000 in airfare discounts on flights from Nigeria to London.

As part of the deal, passengers will also enjoy an extra piece of luggage at no additional cost.

The airline’s Head of Corporate Communications, Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, confirmed the development in a statement on Wednesday, stating that the promo will be available until March 31, 2025, with a travel extension until April 15, 2025.

“As the largest airline in West and Central Africa, Air Peace remains dedicated to fostering economic growth through reliable air travel while strengthening Nigeria’s position in the global aviation industry,” Ndiulo said.

The announcement follows the airline’s recent entry into the London route, further solidifying its presence in international aviation. Air Peace has emphasized its commitment to making air travel more accessible and affordable for Nigerians.

During the Silverbird Man of the Year 2024 Awards in Lagos, the airline’s Chairman, Allen Onyema, officially launched the promo while also rewarding five winners with free return tickets.

Three winners—Abodede Samuel Opeyemi, Comfort Bassey, and Folajimi Olayinka Oduyebo won return economy tickets to any domestic destination in Nigeria, while two others, Osuagwu Nwamarachi and Eremu Precious, secured return economy tickets to London.

Ndiulo reiterated that this initiative aligns with Air Peace’s mission to empower individuals and businesses by making global travel more seamless.

“At Air Peace, we believe aviation is more than just transportation; it serves as a bridge to opportunities, a driver of economic progress, and a tool for empowerment,” he quoted Onyema as saying.

The promo is expected to boost competition in the Nigerian aviation sector, providing travelers with a more cost-effective option for international flights.
