Dancing Senator, Ademola Adeleke, reportedly bags degree in Criminal Justice
Senator Ademola Adeleke, an uncle to afrobeats singer, Davido, has reportedly bagged a degree from the Atlanta Metropolitan State College, America.
According to the Senator’s friend and Ovation International Magazine publisher, Chief Dele Momodu, Adeleke had just graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
Announcing the Senator’s latest feat, Momodu wrote:
“Special congratulations to my main man, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke on this great determination and achievement. There is always a way where there is a will to succeed.”
The graduation ceremony invite read:
“You are cordially invited to the graduation ceremony of Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke at the Atlanta Metropolitan State College. Award: Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Strictly by invitation to be zoomed live 17 May 2012.”
While it is still unclear if this is Adeleke’s first degree, information gathered online stated that after finishing secondary school, he left Nigeria to continue his higher studies at Jacksonville State University, Alabama, America. There, it was gathered that he majored in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Science.
Senator Adeleke, a former gubernatorial aspirant of Osun State, used to be well known for his dance moves and choice of music at his political campaign in the days leading up to the elections, earning him the nickname, ‘dancing senator.’
He, however, shocked many when he chose to be absent from the entertainment scene after losing to his opponent, Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress.
