Nigerian highlife singer, Adekunle Kosoko, better known as Adekunle Gold, has reportedly lost his dad Prince Hakeem Adeyemi Kosoko.
Unconfirmed reports claim that Adekunle Gold’s father had battled with an undisclosed illness for a while before he died on Monday night.
The news of his death was announced by Linda Ikeji who claims a source said that Mr Kosoko’s death was announced to teachers in Education District 4 on Tuesday morning.

The singer’s father was until his death the Permanent Secretary of Education District 4,
It was also reported that Prince Adeyemi Kosoko was flown out of the country after falling ill some months ago and only recently returned to recuperate.
