Veteran Nollywood actor and politician, Kenneth Okonkwo, has expressed confidence
that the African Democratic Congress will send Tinubu to Burdillon in 2027

He reiterated that ADC will emerge victorious in Nigeria’s 2027 presidential election.

Speaking during an interview on Sunrise Daily, a Channels Television programme aired on Monday, Okonkwo stated that the opposition party is not only prepared to contest power but also aims to unseat President Bola Tinubu.

“In 2027, we stand a chance in every election in Nigeria, but I wouldn’t say the same thing for any election for which the primaries have been conducted before the coming into existence of David Mark leadership, because they were not part of the people that decided,” he said.

“That is why I’m saying the true test of ADC will be in 2027. We are going to form the next government in Nigeria and send Tinubu to Bourdillon,” the lawyer added.

Addressing the party’s national presence, the ADC chieftain stated that the party maintains structures across the country’s 36 states. He further mentioned that in Rivers State, former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, holds a significant position within the ADC.

“The ADC exists in the 36 states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Rotimi Amaechi naturally is one of the prominent leaders of ADC in Rivers State and in the South-South. So, it will not be out of place if you say that he is the leader of the ADC in Rivers State,” he said.
