Actress Aisha Lawal has dismissed claims that she received a Venza car from MC Oluomo, the national president of the National Union of Road Transport Workers.

In an interview on Biola Bayo’s podcast, Aisha suggested the allegation might be a setup.

While expressing respect for MC Oluomo, she clarified that she did not accept any car from him.

She said, “I wonder if it was a setup or if the man smoked weed to claim that MC Oluomo collected Venza from him and gifted me. I have regard for MC Oluomo because he has done so much for people that I know. But I did not collect any car from him.”

The actress emphasized her own hard work and success, urging people to “add some respect” to her name. She added, “I suffered before I make money, I did not drive Venza, it’s not a car I like. I drive a GX 460.”

Aisha Lawal also revealed the source of her wealth, highlighting her earnings during the COVID-19 pandemic, when she reportedly made N10 million in a single week.
