Some students at Lead British School have said management often turns a blind eye to bullying.

In a video posted by the PUNCH, the student said that the teachers and management usually do nothing when a case of bullying is reported.

They said, “It has been happening every day; some teachers were watching them, but they didn’t do anything.

“If you pay the management money, they won’t do anything. They are not allowing us inside; they are very aggressive.”

The school has come under scrutiny following the circulation of videos depicting a student being bullied by another student online.

In response to the controversy, the school announced a three-day closure following a visit by the Minister of Women’s Affairs.
