Afrobeat maestro, Femi Kuti, and his sister, Yeni, have called out one of his band member for disappearing 20 minutes before a concert in the US on Sunday.
Apparently Aghedo Andrew, a bassist with Femi Kuti’s Positive Force band, never wanted to leave the US.
Femi Kuti and his band performed at the SummerStage concert in New York on Sunday.

In an Instagram post, the musician said Andrew “nearly ruined” his concert.
He wrote,
“He disappeared 20 mins before show time. I want to thank the rest of the band for standing strong and giving one of the best shows of the tour,” Kuti wrote on Instagram.
Reacting to the development in three different posts on Instagram, an angry Yeni described Andrew, as a betrayal.

She wrote:
“The face of betrayal! Deserted Positive Force 20 mins before (the) show in New York but he is not up to who can bring us down.”
