Nigerian TikTok stars Peller and Jarvis received a remarkable wedding gift after a real estate businessman promised them a mansion valued at ₦400m.

According to PUNCH, King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, announced the gift during the couple’s lavish wedding ceremony in Lagos.

Ochacho, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes, said he was presenting the Abuja property on behalf of his children.

“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja,” he said.

Guests responded with loud cheers as Peller and Jarvis embraced following the announcement. Videos capturing the moment also spread quickly across social media.

Peller wedding gift attracts attention

The mansion became one of the biggest talking points from a ceremony attended by prominent entertainers, influencers and content creators.

Actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus joined other guests at the celebration. Social media personalities Nons Miraj, Papaya Ex, Cute Abiola and Purple Speedy also attended.

Singer Zinoleesky, entertainment businessman Soso Soberekon and Tanzanian musician Juma Jux were also among the personalities present.

The reported gift followed an earlier promise Ochacho made to support Peller’s marriage.

During Soso Soberekon’s wedding ceremony, the businessman invited Peller to attend his own wedding and pledged to send him millions of naira.

Ochacho later collected the content creator’s telephone number, suggesting that he intended to fulfil the promise at a later date.

His announcement at the wedding appeared to fulfil that commitment, although details about the location and transfer of the property were not immediately disclosed.

Couple completes series of wedding ceremonies

Peller, whose real name is Habeeb Hamzat, and Elizabeth Amadou, popularly known as Jarvis, have built large online audiences through comedy and entertainment content.

Jarvis became popular for creating videos in which she portrayed an artificial intelligence character. Peller gained recognition through humorous livestreams and collaborations with other Nigerian creators.

Their relationship attracted significant public attention before Peller proposed in June 2026 at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana.

The couple later travelled to Benin City, Edo State, where they completed traditional marriage rites with Jarvis’ family.

Peller reportedly paid the bride price before both families formally recognised the union.

They subsequently held a court wedding in Lagos on July 29 before celebrating with family members, friends and entertainment personalities.

Videos and photographs from the ceremonies circulated widely, with fans congratulating the couple as they began married life.

The promised ₦400m Abuja mansion now ranks among the most valuable gifts publicly announced during their wedding celebrations.
