The organizers of the popular reality show Big Brother Naija have hinted that one of the season 9 contestants, Chinwe, might be pregnant.
This speculation was shared on the official BBNaija X (formerly Twitter) page on Wednesday.
In a post that featured a video of Chinwe and her partner Zion sleeping, the page handler wrote, “Legend says that when a woman is pregnant, those around her tend to fall asleep or feel sleepy. What are your thoughts, #BBNaija fans?”
This revelation comes just days after a video of Chinwe and Zion having sex in the Big Brother bathroom went viral online.
The couple, who have been in a relationship for five months before entering the show, have been the talk of the show for days.
Zion confirmed the incident to fellow housemate Fairme, explaining that he initially had sex with Chinwe in the bedroom but had to move to the bathroom to avoid waking up other housemates.
Chinwe, who has also been experiencing nausea, confided in another housemate that her period was late, saying, “I am feeling nauseous and my period is late, I just tire.”
The possibility of Chinwe being pregnant has fueled further speculation among fans and viewers.
If confirmed, it would be the first time a baby has been conceived during the BBNaija reality show.
