The former governor of Cross-river State, Donald Duke, has declared his intention to run for president in 2019.
Duke made disclosure while speaking at a dinner organised by the Law Students Association of the University of Nigeria, UNN at Golden Royal Hotel, Enugu State.
The former governor, however, did not reveal the political party on which he would contest for the crucial seat.
