Despite missing Mo Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold, Liverpool faced a challenging first half.
The breakthrough came in the 49th minute when Nunez converted Jota’s precise pass.
Liverpool’s urgency persisted, doubling their lead 20 minutes later as Jota netted off the post from Cody Gakpo’s assist.
Jota secured his second and 11th of the season with a low strike. Nunez added a late goal in stoppage time.
The victory puts Liverpool five points ahead of second-placed Manchester City, having played one more game.
Bournemouth remains in 12th place, nine points clear of relegation.
Liverpool faces Fulham in the League Cup semi-final on Wednesday, while Bournemouth takes on Swansea City in the FA Cup fourth round on Thursday.
