A lone gunman unleashed a deadly attack on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus Wednesday, killing three individuals and injuring a fourth before being shot dead by police.
According to Reuters, while authorities provided details of the incident at a press conference, they declined to identify the gunman, withholding information about their gender, age, or possible motive.
Similarly, details regarding the victims, including their connection to the university, were not disclosed.
Police confirmed that the lone surviving gunshot victim remains in stable condition.
The incident also resulted in several individuals experiencing panic attacks, and a number of officers sustained minor injuries during the campus search.
