Singer Inetimi Timaya Odon, popularly called Timaya, has been arrested by operatives of the Lagos State Police Command over an alleged ‘hit and run’.
WuzupNigeria reported that the singer was accused of almost killing a young lady with his car on Wednesday in the Lekki area of Lagos State.
One Osinubi Omowumi who claimed to be the sister of the victim accused the singer of ramming her sister with his car.
According to her, the victim who was hospitalised on Wednesday was said to have challenged him for damaging her car.
However, a video uploaded on Instagram by @gossipmilltv showed the music star being escorted out of what appears to be his residence by the police.
