Gap Band founder Ronnie Wilson dies of stroke

Ronnie Wilson, a founding member of the popular funk and R’n’B group, Gap Band, alongside his brothers, Charlie Wilson and Robert Wilson, is dead.

He died aged 73.

Linda Boulware-Wilson, Ronnie’s wife, confirmed the news to TMZ, saying that the legendary singer died on Tuesday morning after having a stroke last week.
