Cristiano Ronaldo, partner expecting another set of twins
Manchester United star, Cristiano Ronaldo, has announced that he is expecting another set of twins with his Spanish-Argentine model, Georgina Rodríguez.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner shared the big pregnancy news with his 360m Instagram followers on Thursday afternoon.
Ronaldo uploaded an image of himself and Rodriguez holding a pregnancy scan report.
“Delighted to announce we are expecting twins. Our hearts are full of love – we can’t wait to meet you,” the Portuguese icon captioned the post.
Ronaldo’s mother, Dolores Aveiro, jumped on the comment section to share her excitement as she advised the couple to ensure her grandchildren are born healthy.
“Let my grandchildren be born healthy. That’s what matters the most,” she wrote in Portuguese.
Ronaldo already has four children, Cristiano Jnr, 11, his first set of four-year-old twins – Eva and Mateo, and another daughter, Alana, who he shares with Rodriguez.
Ronaldo Jr., was born on June 17, 2010.
Eva and Matteo were born on June 8, 2017 a few months after Rodríguez gave birth to Alana on Nov. 12, 2017.
Announcing the birth of his first child with Rodríguez, Ronaldo wrote on social media,“Alana Martina is just born! Both Geo and Alana are doing great! We are all very happy!’”
Meanwhile, a number of his current and ex-teammates (Leonardo Bonucci, Miralem Pjanic, David De Gea, Medhi Benatia and Diogo Dalot amongst others) have flooded his comment section to congratulate him.
