Gov Ikpeazu appoints Okezie Ogbudu as Abia agency’s Deputy GM
Governor Okezie Ikpeazu on Thursday approved the appointment of Prince Okezie Ogbudu as the new Deputy General Manager of Abia State Public Utility Management Agency (APUMA), Umuahia.
Ogbudu hailed from Ohuhu clan in Umuahia North local government area of the state.
His appointment was contained in a release signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Barrister Chris Ezem and issued to newsmen in Umuahia, the state capital on Thursday.
According to the statement, Ogbudu’s appointments as Deputy General Manager of APUMA takes immediate effect.
Vanguard reported that Ikpeazu had in July directed the immediate removal from office of Engr Uzoma Asiegbu as Deputy General Manager, Abia State Public Utilities Management Agency (APUMA) and Mr Jerry Awa as Abia State Environmental Protection Agency (ASEPA) manager for Ikwuano Local Government Area of the state.
