Three-year-old pupil abducted from Niger Islamic School dies in captivity
An unnamed three-year-old pupil of Salihu Tanko Islamic School in Tegina, who was abducted last week along with 156 other school children in Niger State, has reportedly died.
Nation reported that the corpse of the abducted infant who died in captivity was discovered a few kilometres away from Tegina town.
Tanko Zegi, the father of one of the abducted students, confirmed the death of the child.
The incident is coming after two mothers of the abducted children reportedly died of shock following the children’s abduction.
