Senate President, Abubakar Bukola Saraki, on Wednesday, condoled with the family and people of Katsina State over the death of Senator Mustapha Bukar.
The Senate President sent his condolence message via his Twitter handle a few hours ago.
Saraki said he was saddened to hear about the death of a friend and colleague, noting that as a first-time Senator, Bukar stood out for the quality of his contributions on the floor.
He said the deceased will be remembered for his pragmatism as well as his work to strengthen the institution of the legislature.
