GENEVIEVE CAN’T ACT! No actor in Nigeria, male or female, can act at Black Panther’s quality, says Bisi Alimi
Popular Nigerian gay rights activist, Ashiwaju Bisi Alimi, has lambasted Nollywood actors and actress, saying none is worthy of a role in recording breaking American movie, Black Panther.
The father of one, who explained that the movie is not about shouting and screaming’ also dismissed Nollywood’s veteran Genevieve Nnaji’s acting skills, saying “and don’t get me started on Nnaji, she can’t act.”
Alimi wrote on Twitter
The idea that there should have been a Nigerian actor in #BlackPanther is ludicrous. I am saying this, as a matter of fact, there is no actor (male/female) in Nigeria that can act at such quality.
Black Panther was not about “screaming and shouting”, it was about “acting” Simple!
