A Nigerian national has reportedly committed suicide in Altenstadt Bayern, Germany after his Nigeria-based girlfriend dumped him for another man.
Francis Ibegbulem from Imo State was said to have spent so much on his longtime girl and couldn’t get over her when she married another man.
He reportedly tried stabbing himself to death with a kitchen knife before he ran into the forest and hung himself.
However, another report claimed the Nigerian used to complain about unseen beings following him everywhere he goes. They said he used to soliloquize often and this was what made his company to sack him.
Born 1983, the late Francis moved into Germany from Turkey in 2015 and he was lucky to be granted three years asylum by the German government.
