What happened to Yomi Casual’s store after supporting #EndSARS protests
Fashion entrepreneur, Yomi Casual has cried out after his store was damaged by hoodlums amid the EndSARS protests in Lagos.
Before hoodlums hijacked the protests, Yomi Casual was part of the many celebrities who stormed the Lekki toll gate which was the epicenter of the protests.
A post he shared on Instagram reads:
“We strongly oppose oppression, brutality & intimidation. #endsars #onevoice.”
Reacting to the burning and destruction of buildings by hoodlums who hijacked the protests, Yomi Casual shared the screenshot below to alleged that the damage was done by a dragon.
Hours later, he cried out that his store at Bode Thomas, Surulere, has been damaged by hoodlums.
He shared:
“Woke up to this and the first thing that came to my mind is “It’s already too late to educate the hoodlums that this fight is for all of us and not at each other”
“If you are in surulere please stay safe , surulere stores are being looted by hoodlums.. Safety first.”
