UEFA has announced the 10-man shortlist for the 2015-16 Best Player in Europe Award.

The list featuring the likes of Lionel Messi, Gareth Bale and Antoine Griezmann, as well as Euro 2016 winners Cristiano Ronaldo and Pepe.

Argentina’s Messi and Uruguay’s Luis Suarez are the only non-European stars to make the final 10.

Germany are the most well-represented nation with the inclusion of Thomas Muller, Manuel Neuer (both of Bayern Munich) and Toni Kroos (Real Madrid).

Messi, who won the award last year, will be looking for his third after also winning back in 2011 while rival Ronaldo, fresh from winning the Champions League and Euro 2016, is also in the frame.
