Libelous Report: Kizz Daniel sues Vanguard Newspaper, demands N100m in damages
Nigerian singer Daniel Anidugbe popularly known as Kizz Daniel has made good his threat to take legal action against Vanguard Newspapers over a publication about him claiming he was in support of embattled senior pastor of COZA, Biodun Fatoyinbo.
The newspaper had reported that Kizz Daniel was in full support of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo who was accused of raping Busola Dakolo, wife to music star, Timi Dakolo, a report the singer has denied.
WuzupNaija reports that the singer had threatened to sue the newspaper over the report, saying he never granted an interview with the newspaper over the issue which sparked national outrage.
