Stephanie Del Valle, representing Puerto Rico, was on Sunday night declared the winner of the 2016 Miss World beauty pageant at the grand finale held at the MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland, USA.
The 66th edition of the famous event began on November 26 with 117 beauty queens from around the world competing for the prestigious title.
On Sunday night, Stephanie was crowned the new Miss World among the top 20 contestants, while from the list emerged winners of different challenge events which included the categories like Talent, Top Model, Beach Fashion, Social Media and Beauty With A Purpose

The 19-year-old is a brown-eyed brunette student who speaks Spanish, English and French, and hopes to get into the entertainment industry.
She was crowned by Miss World 2015 Mireia Lalaguna of Spain.
The Puerto Rican called it an “honor and a great responsibility” to represent her Caribbean homeland.
First runner-up was Yaritza Miguelina Reyes Ramirez of the Dominican Republic, followed by Miss World Indonesia Natasha Mannuela.
Kenyan representative, Evelyn Thungu, finished fourth.
Catriona Gray of the Philippines finished fifth.
