A coalition of 22 countries, with the United States at the forefront alongside key European partners, has issued a firm demand urging Iran to cease what they described as “lethal plotting and other malign actions” across Europe, North America, and Australia.

The statement specifically referenced activities allegedly directed at Iranian dissidents, journalists, as well as Jewish and Israeli communities and interests.

In a coordinated joint declaration, the signatory nations called on Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Intelligence Organization, the Quds Force, and the Ministry of Intelligence and Security to “stop immediately” the attempts to “kill, kidnap, harass, intimidate, or otherwise attack people on our soil,” warning that such actions “undermines national sovereignty and international norms.”

The statement also strongly condemned a series of attacks reported across Europe that were claimed by Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya (HAYI), which the countries said operates with support from intermediaries linked to Iran. These incidents, according to the declaration, have targeted Jewish communities, Iranian journalists, and United States interests on European territory. The coalition further warned that it remains prepared to take additional measures should Iranian operations continue.

The latest declaration builds on an earlier statement issued in July 2025, when 14 countries similarly denounced Iranian intelligence activities allegedly directed at dissidents and Jewish citizens in both Europe and North America.
