A former Secretary-General of the Nigerian Football Association, now known as the Nigerian Football Federation, NFF, Fanny Amun, has
said that all the Super Eagles need to beat Argentina is sticking to the game plan and maintaining confidence on the pitch.
Amun further encouraged the Eagles to surpass the Argentina hurdle in their final Group D match at the Krestovsky Stadium, St Petersburg on Tuesday, June 26.
Fanny Amun said
“Argentina is beatable. What we need to do is to play with confidence and the right game plan,” Amun told journalists in Volgograd.
“We have very young players that can still feature in another two or three World Cup. So for me, I want them to enjoy themselves in Russia, see how far they can go and we continue to consolidate.”
