Senator Ubah vows to defeat Soludo in Anambra election
Anambra South Senator, Ifeanyi Ubah, has voiced his determination to triumph over Governor Charles Soludo in the state’s upcoming gubernatorial election in 2025.
Ubah emphasized his ability to defeat Soludo, asserting his prowess as a “professor of street politics,” in contrast to Soludo’s expertise in economics.
He underscored the necessity for Anambra to evolve beyond a single-party dominance, emphasizing the populace’s yearning for transformative change within the political landscape.
In a statement to journalists on Tuesday, the senator declared, “I’m not a Professor of Economics, but I’m a Professor of street politics.”
Ubah emphasized the urgent need for a diversified political environment in Anambra, stating that the electorate is eager for substantial change and expressing confidence that President Buhari recognizes the state’s potential.
He articulated the demand for a governor committed to fostering a secure environment for human development, emphasizing the imperative of safeguarding lives and property while enhancing the quality of life for all citizens to realize their potential.
“We need a governor that will match words with action, for without action, words will surely be a ploy to deceive our people. Our people have been deceived long enough. They need action now,” Ubah asserted passionately.
