This oath signifies Age-Suleiman’s official replacement of Olukayode Doherty, who was recently removed by the Court of Appeal.

Speaker Obasa welcomed the new lawmaker, encouraging him to collaborate with colleagues and remain mindful of the constituents he represents.

Obasa extended congratulations to the governor, the APC, and the people of Amuwo-Odofin, noting that with Age-Suleiman’s oath, the ruling party now holds 39 seats in the House, outnumbering the lone member from the Labour Party.
